Beanie Weenie Recipe

1 Package Cooked Kielbasa Sausage*
2 Cans Pork and Beans
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Butter
Cut up the kielbasa sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
Place the kielbasa sausage and butter in a large skillet over medium heat
and sauté for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Add the sausage to the bowl and fold in to the mixture.
Pour the mix into a large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
* 1 packaged of hot dogs can be substituted

5 Hot Dogs
1 Can Pork and Beans
1 Tablespoon Honey
Cut the hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices.
Add the cut hot dogs, pork and beans, and honey to
microwavable bowl and mix well.
Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes. |

2 Cans (10 count) Refrigerator Biscuits
1 Package Hot Dogs
2 Cans Pork and Beans
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups Grated Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the hot dogs into 1/4 inch slices.
In a large bowl, mix the sliced hot dogs, pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard.
Place one biscuit in each cup of a large muffin pan and gently press each biscuit along sides of cup to make a crust.
Add 1 tablespoon of the hot dog and bean mixture in each biscuit.
Sprinkle cheese on top of each cup.
Bake in oven until biscuits are brown and the cheese is bubbly.
