Spicey Beanie Weenie
Casserole Recipe

1 Package Hot Dogs
2 Cans Pork and Beans
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 Teaspoon Butter
1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow onions
1/4 cup finely sliced jalapeno pepper
Cut up the onion and jalapeno pepper (Be sure not to rub your
eyes when cutting jalapeno pepper.)
Cut up the hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices.
Place the
hot dogs and butter in a large skillet over medium heat
and sauté for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the pork and beans, ketchup,
onion, and jalapeno pepper.
Add the
hot dogs to the bowl and mix.
Pour the mix into a large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.

10 Links of breakfast sausage
2 (16 ounce) cans baked beans
1/4 cup molasses
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 slices bacon, chopped
Cut up the sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, molasses, and
brown sugar,
Add mixture to beans, sausage and the bacon and stir gently but thoroughly.
On the stove, bring the beans to a simmer. Simmer over low heat
for 30-40 minutes until thick.

Beanie Weenie Slow-cooker Chili
(Parental
supervision and/or participation is required for this recipe)
1 Package Hot Dogs
2 Cans Pinto Beans
2 Cans Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper
1/2 cup chopped white onions
1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers
1/2 cup chopped Red Peppers
Cut
the hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices.
Cut up the onion and peppers.
Add
the cut hot dogs, beans, onions, peppers, and spices to the slow
cooker and mix.
Cover, and cook 6 hours on Low.
Stir occasionally
to mix the flavors.
